The rules for safety when working at height are dictated by Legislative Decree 81/2008, otherwise known as the Consolidated Law , which indicates:
In the Consolidated Law, in particular in articles 15, 17, 22, 90, 91, 110, 115, the importance of analyzing the risk of falls from a height and of following the provisions given by the Technical Standards is highlighted.
Among the manufacturer's Technical Standards, the most important are:
UNI EN 795:2012 - Anchoring devices
CEN/TS 16415:2013 - Use of the anchoring system by several people at the same time
UNI 11578:2015 - Anchoring devices intended for permanent installation - Requirements and test methods.
Finally, any existing Regional Laws must be taken into close consideration when designing the system.
