Junior Surveyor - Protected Categories

Job title

We are seeking a Junior Surveyor for back-office duties in the sales department. This individual will be primarily responsible for preparing graphic documents for client quotations, supporting the sales department in gathering data and clients. The type of products sold requires knowledge of building structures, especially roofing. Registration with the Register of Surveyors is NOT required.

Requirements

Belonging to the protected categories pursuant to art. 1 of Law 68/99
Diploma in surveying or similar course of study
Understanding and reading technical drawings
Good knowledge of AutoCAD 2D
Knowledge of roofing characteristics and elements of building science
Previous experience in the construction sector is preferred
Proficiency with Office applications (Word, Excel)
Ability to relate to customers
Ability to manage one's goals
Teamwork attitude
Problem-solving attitude
Preferred residence in the province of Modena

A full-time contract is offered, with the aim of hiring after an initial probationary period. Classification and compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's actual seniority.

Designer

We are actively seeking an experienced mechanical designer to replace an experienced MECHANICAL DESIGNER internally. This role will be responsible for designing new anchoring devices for safety at height.

Job title

Mechanical drawings and design of fall arrest devices from a structural and design point of view
Research and development of new products
Management of the entire product certification process, including preparation of test trials
Coordination of the R&D and technical offices (dedicated to the design of non-standard products)
Supervision and coordination with the production department for new products designed

Requirements

Preferably residing no more than 20/30 km from the Bastiglia (MO) office or available to relocate
Degree in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering
Previous experience in the role of at least 2/3 years
Knowledge and ability to use AutoCAD 2D and 3D
Good knowledge of calculation and drawing programs such as Prosap/Straus/Sap/Sismicad
Knowledge and ability to use Solidworks/Straus/Sap
Knowledge of Office package and data analysis and processing programs
Ability to organize and manage one's goals independently
Problem-solving attitude
Good knowledge of English is appreciated

Position and salary will be commensurate with the candidate's actual seniority.
The contract applied is metalworking confapi with a minimum placement at level 5/6.
