CUSTOMER NEEDS:
After completion of the new university complex in 2012, the customer contacted Sicurpal to secure the trapezoidal sheet roofing of the whole building prior to maintenance of the PV system.
Then, in 2014, the university designated one of the old buildings as a mechanical room, with technical plants installed even on the roof. The roof structure was made of concrete with an outermost vinyl covering and waterproofing membrane, therefore the customer asked for a lifeline that would not require to remove, penetrate or damage in any way the waterproofing membrane.
OUR SOLUTION: Igena and PBS Line installed on the concrete ring beam
In 2012, Sicurpal installed Igena products, specially designed for metal sheet roofs.
In 2014 instead, Sicurpal has been able to meet customer needs thanks to a PBS Lifeline installed on the concrete ring beam so to minimise penetration of the membrane.
